This course provides learners with the fundamental knowledge and principles for the treatment of craniomaxillofacial fractures and their complications. It covers diagnostic and treatment principles for midface and mandibular fractures, as well as the prevention and treatment of complications.

This course will cover the use of computer assisted surgical guides in craniomaxillofacial surgery in the fields of trauma, orthognathic and reconstructive surgery. Participants will learn with short lectures, small group teaching and hands-on computer planning and the use of surgical guides.

This course will cover the different surgical techniques used to achieve a better aesthetic result in orthognathic surgery. Practical hands-on experience will be taught with fresh anatomical specimens and covers the common and also uncommon surgical techniques.
